The Licensee users will take priority over non-Licensee users. The support is always provided without time limit. The support is always free of charge.
How to receive support
Our support is always provided via e-mail. You can send request to 
The Licensee customers have to include the e-mail address used in purchasing or the toKaos order code received after the payment
Support level
The support level provided to you depends on your collaboration.
If the support team can have all the requested information, we guarantee maximum support level.
Free upgrade of toKaos software
Who is entitled to have free upgrade
- The users of toKaos Commercial edition (Licensee) within one year from the purchase date
- The users of toKaos Commercial edition (Licensee) after one year from the purchase date if they have collaborated on the resolution of an unknown toKaos bug
How to receive the upgrade
You will receive in your e-mail box the download link when the software will be released.
Upgrade payment issue
After one year from the purchase date and coinciding with the new toKaos version, the Licensee will receive, in their e-mail box our upgrade offer.
The upgrade offer, at the cheapest price, will be available within 30 days from the sent date of our e-mail. After 30 days the Licensee will lose the right to have the upgrade at the cheapest price.
By purchasing the upgrade the Licensee is entitled to have another year of free upgrade.
